Refund & returns policy for mail order customers.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Personalised, engraved items cannot be returned.

Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

Refunds will not include any postal costs incurred by Glover and Smith or the customer.
