Our acorn scarf ring is handmade from polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter). We use solid metal so the surface of your scarf ring will never flake like a silver plated scarf holder. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water. All our designs are completely nickel-free and made exclusively by us in Wiltshire, England.
