Each heart teaspoon is hand crafted from polished, solid lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter) and completely nickel-free and food safe. Because our designs are all created in solid metal, the surface of your heart teaspoon will never flake like a silver plated spoon. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water. All Glover and Smith designs are handmade in our own workshops in Salisbury, Wiltshire UK.
