The Tortoise & The Hare

A textured circular pewter bowl, inspired by the well-known Aesop fable, with a tortoise on the edge & a hare spoon. We engrave the base. The designated material for the 10th wedding anniversary is Tin. This makes our hare & tortoise bowl & spoon a perfect 10 year anniversary gift (Our pewter is 95% tin). All our designs are made from this material.

A plaque on the underside of the bowl can be engraved with a personalised gift message. We can fit up to 33 characters or spaces onto the plaque, (3 rows of 11 characters / spaces) it's up to you what you want!

The price of the bowl & spoon includes engraving.

The tortoise bowl is 9 cm (3.5 inches) in diameter and 2.8 cm (1.1 inches) deep. The tortoise is 0.8 cm (0.3 inches) high and the accompanying hare spoon is 9.0 cm (3.5inches) in length.

Each hare and tortoise pewter bowl and spoon set comes packaged in a black presentation gift box with care instructions.

Because our designs are all created in solid metal, the surface of your tortoise bowl will never flake like a silver plated bowl. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water.
