Personalised Seahorse Gifts
A detailed pewter Seahorse trinket box. We engrave the underside of the lid. The seahorse symbolises: loyalty, patience, friendliness, contentment, generosity & sharing. UK handmade seashore gifts.
A plaque on the underside of the lid can be engraved with a personalised message. We can fit up to 33 characters or spaces onto the plaque (3 lines, 11 characters or spaces per line) and it's up to you what you want!

Comes packaged in an organza pouch. However, if you select gift wrapping, the seahorse keepsake box will come in a gift wrapped black presentation box.
Diameter 5 cm (2 inches). Our makers marks are on the under-side of the box body.
Seahorse Meaning
The Ancient Greeks and Romans believed the seahorse was an attribute of the sea gods Neptune and Poseidon and as such, was considered a symbol of strength and power.

Lead-Free Pewter
All Glover and Smith designs are made from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter). Our 95% tin Pewter is the fourth most expensive metal in common use after platinum, gold and silver. Because we use solid metal the surface of your seahorse box will never flake like a silver plated box. To clean just wash with warm soapy water. All our designs are completely nickel-free and made exclusively by us in Wiltshire, England.
