Turquoise Acorn & Oak Leaf Necklace

A real turquoise stone nestled in a pewter acorn cup, paired with a detailed pewter oak leaf on a Sterling silver chain. A nature-inspired necklace for a January birthday, handmade in Wiltshire, England.

The turquoise measures 10 mm (approximately 0.4 inches) in diameter, and the oak leaf is 15 mm (approximately 0.6 inches) wide. The necklace comes in a black presentation box and an organza pouch.

Made from solid polished lead-free pewter. We use Sterling silver chain and jump rings for their strength. Our 95% tin Pewter is the fourth most expensive metal in common use after platinum, gold and silver. All Glover and Smith designs are made from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead content in old pewter). Because we use solid metal the surface of your turquoise acorn necklace will never flake like a silver plated one. To clean just wash with warm soapy water and occasionally use a silver cloth on the silver components. All our designs are completely nickel-free and made exclusively by us in Wiltshire, England.
