Garnet Acorn & Oak Leaf Necklace

A real garnet nestled in a pewter acorn cup, paired with a detailed pewter oak leaf on a Sterling silver chain. A nature-inspired necklace for a January birthday, handmade in Wiltshire, England.

The garnet measures 10 mm (approximately 0.4 inches) in diameter, and the oak leaf is 15 mm (approximately 0.6 inches) wide. The necklace comes in a black presentation box and an organza pouch.

Our 95% tin Pewter is the fourth most expensive metal in common use after platinum, gold and silver. All Glover and Smith designs are made from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead content in old pewter). Because we use solid metal the surface of your necklace will never flake like a silver plated one. To clean just wash with warm soapy water. All our designs are completely nickel-free and made exclusively by us in Wiltshire, England.
